Information You Need as a Resident
Our staff monitors the phone Monday through Saturday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm and Sunday 9am - 5:30pm. If we are on a call or at a property, we will work to return calls quickly.

After-hours messages are returned the next business day.

Emergency maintenance is done the same day the request is received.
​
Non-emergency maintenance requests received after 4 pm are responded to the next business day and completed as soon as possible.

Lock Outs
Monday through Friday 7 am to 5:30 pm residents may call 508-203-7734, and we can meet you at the property to let you in.
After Business Hours Lock Outs
Tenants locked out after hours will be responsible for calling a Locksmith. Residents are responsible for paying the locksmith. Please pay the Locksmith directly.
